Visiting hours start at 9AM and end at 7PM Monday through Saturday. Sunday, our visiting hours are between 9AM-2PM. Please limit your visit to no more than 30 minutes so your pet has adequate time to rest and receive treatment afterwards. A deposit is REQUIRED for all patients being admitted to the hospital the deposit will be based on estimates for hospitalization, laboratory diagnostics, possible anesthesia and surgery, etc. In order to allow us time to give proper treatment and care to all hospital patients, please limit calls concerning the status of your pet to TWO times daily. Please DO NOT call before 9AM to check on the status of your pet. All patient discharges will start after 9AM. Any unexpected discharge without prior notification will be considered an emergency. The emergency fee will be added to the final bill.While our doctors may be in the clinic, please understand that they are attending to appointments or clinical matters. Please do not disrupt the doctors. Direct all questions to the hospital technicians. If the doctor on your case is able, he or she will speak to you or call you later in the day.
